The Playland PLAYer program gives rising 9th grade Camp Playland alums a chance to experience the responsibilities of being a counselor while still enjoying the fun of being a camper. Participants register through Playland’s online application for one or both sessions.* PLAYers support campers Pre-K through fifth grade, where they begin developing leadership skills.

Before the summer begins, directors will host a Zoom orientation for enrolled families to review expectations and program details. PLAYers meet daily as a group and participate in recreational or service day trips. At the end of the session, each participant receives an evaluation to determine readiness for advancement to the LEADer program.

*PLAYers program tuition is 50% of the standard camper tuition rate.
